• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 日常生活において感じる寂しさをロボットとの対話によって解消できないかと考え、アンケートによってニーズ調査を行った。本稿では，このアンケート結果を分析した結果を示し，それに基づいた対話戦略を提案する．またその対話戦略の中の一つである，蓄積されてコメントが付けられているSNS のアルバム写真などを使用して楽しかった記憶を呼び起こす手助けをしながら対話する方法について詳しく述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: It thought whether the loneliness felt in everyday life could be solved by a dialog with a robot, and conducted the questionnaire survey for needs investigation. The analyzed result is shown by this paper, and the dialog strategy based on it is proposed. Moreover, how to have a dialog while carrying out the help which brings back the pleasant memory using the album photograph of SNS etc. which are one in the dialog strategy, and in which the accumulated comment is attached is described in detail.
