| 内容記述 | クリエイティブでオープンな協働の枠組み (=フレームワーク) を実現する，共同研究開発契約書のひな形である GRP Contract Form を制作した．いわゆるオープンソースコードと同様に，多くの人々が自由に利用し，改変し，派生物を生み出せるよう，GRP Contract Form を公開した．このひながたが具体的に対象とするのは，アートセンターや劇場など，クリエイションを行う組織がアーティストやエンジニアを招いて，先進的なテーマについて滞在制作の形式で共同研究を行い，その成果をオープン化 (=誰もが一定の範囲内で自由に利用できるライセンスを付して公開すること) し，更なる派生や発展を促す，という共同研究開発プロジェクトである．GRP Contract Form は，このようなプロジェクトのフレームワークを実現するソースコードであるともいえよう．このひながたは，クリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスのもとに公開されている．利用者はライセンスの範囲で，自分たちのプロジェクトのためにアレンジ/フォークし，実利用することができる．GitHub 上での更新リクエストも歓迎している． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | GRP Contract Form is a contract form created with the aim to define creative and open collaboration frameworks. The idea is to establish environments comparable to so-called “open-source codes”, and make them available to a broad audience to use, modify, and/or create derivative works. The purpose of this form is to facilitate projects in which art centers invite artists and technologists in the field of media art to carry out joint research on cutting-edge topics in a residency style, and encourage further development and derivation of the resulting products by making them openly available. One may consider the form as a source code for a framework for this kind of project. | |||||||
