• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: マートコミュニティと呼ばれる，情報通信技術を中心としたインフラの高度化さらには，統合化が進んでいる．そのなかで，通信インフラに求められているのは何か，通信インフラはどのような変革を遂げるべきかについて述べる．具体的に宮城県栗原市において行われているグリーン社会 ＩＣＴ ライフインフラプロジェクト，長崎県玉島列島で行われている長崎エピッツプロジェクトなどを取り上げながら，通信インフラの持つ階層構造を利用した新しいコミュニティサービスを提案し，今後通信インフラに求められる機能について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Smart community, a sophisticated infrastructure based on information and communication technology, is spreading into global societies. As driving force of this spread, the requirement of the future communication infrastructure and the innovative changes of the infrastructure are described. New community services by using hierarchy of the information networks and indispensable functions for the future communication infrastructure are proposed and described with the actual examples of "Green Society ICT Life Infrastructure Project" in Kurihara City, Miyagi Pref. and "Nagasaki EV&ITS Project" in Goto Islands, Nagasaki Pref.
