| 内容記述 | 本稿は、小中学校の授業のビデオ撮影、記録 （映像・音声)、情報共有は、どのような条件を満たせば法的･倫理的に正当化されるかを解明する。ビデオ撮影に関するテクノロジーのユーザピリテイは日々向上している。技術的進歩を背景に、学校授業のビデオ撮影では何が記録され、何が共有されるべきか、特に教育の質向上を目的とした授業のビデオ撮影では、どのような情報を記録し、それらの情報はどの範囲で秘匿・保護されるべきか、撮影対象者や関係者とどのような合意形成を図るべきかを明らかにする。そのために歴史的経緯および法的紛争となった事例や実験的に行われている授業映像・音声アーカイブの実例を検討し、小中学校の学校長経験者らへのインタビューによる調査を行った。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to determine the conditions that need to be met to ethically and legally justify the digital archiving and sharing of video and audio recordings of classroom interactions. This paper examines what should be recorded when filming or recording classroom interactions, what should be hidden or protected, and in what ethical conditions the consensus among stakeholders should be built, focusing in particular on video recordings made for the purposes of improving the quality of education. It outlines the background and precedents regarding the filming of classroom interactions in elementary and junior high schools, discusses practical examples, and uses interviews with former principals to clarify these ethical issues. | |||||||
