• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 今日の運用管理は、SNMP および各種ログに基づいて行う事が一般的である。しかし最近では、設定情報、ＡＰＩ やメッセージキューからのデータ、変更履歴などのログ以外の情報を用いて、ユーザーの行動、ユーザーエクスペリエンス、サービスレベル、セキュリティリスクなどの重要な情報を知りたいというニーズが出てきている。さらに、クラウドインフラのような大規模かつ複雑なシステム環境下では、システムから得られる多様且つ膨大な量のデータをどのように扱うかが重要な課題になっている。本発表では、大規模ログ管理ソリューションの Splunk を題材に、データの収集、インデックスをどのように作成するか、スケーラビリティの確保といった技術面での対応策とユースケースを紹介する。

However, operators have needs to know important information such as user action, user experience, service level, security risk etc., using setting information, data from API or message queue, change history, etc. in recent days. Furthermore, under large-scale and complicated system such as cloud infrastructure, how to treat diverse and huge data from system has became an important issue.; I introduce a technical solutions such as data collection, indexing, scalability and various use cases based on Splunk lage scale log management solution.
