• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ITS（Intelligent Transport Systems:高度道路交通システム）のサービスとして，VICSなどのインフラが整備されている場所では，安定したサービスを提供する事ができるが，インフラが設置されていない場所ではサービスを利用する事ができない．このようなインフラが整備されていない場所では，車車間通信を利用した一種のモバイルエージェントであるNA(NomadicAgent)を仮想インフラとして利用する事で，ITSサービスが利用出来るようになると考えられる．NAを利用することで，端末間を移動することによりある特定の場所に情報をとどめる事が出来る．これまで，NAは移動先端末の選択の際，交差点の中心に最も近い端末を選択していたが，今回は信号待ち方式と対向車方式を組み合わせたHybrid方式を提案し，シミュレーションを用いて提案方式の評価を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: ITS system such as VICS is able to provide stable services where infrastructure are provided. But these system can not be utilized by ITS services without infrastructure. NA(Nomadic Agent) is a kind of mobile agent using vehicle-to-vehicle communications and is used to form a virtual infrastructure. Therefore ITS services will be available at infrastructureless place. Since NA moves between the terminals, the information can be kept at a certain location. The conventional NA selects the terminal closest to the intersection before the moving and try to move the terminal. In this paper, we propose a hybrid system which combines oncoming-system and signal-wait system and evaluate these systems by using the computer simulations.
