• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 都市開発や再開発，チェーン店進出による影響から地域の没個性化が進んでいる．また，人々の生活環境や地域コミュニティの関わりの変化から，現在までは人から人へと伝えられてきたような地域での情報共有も難しくなってきている．外観からも中身からも個性がなくなっていくことが危惧されるが，地域の個性を保ち続けることは観光産業や文化事業など情報発信の重要な素材となりうる．本研究では地域の個性を残し活用していくために，その地域に詳しい人々の経験や知識を蓄積し伝え体験できる音声コンテンツと提供システム「GBvoice」を提案する．主に集音と提供に着目し，地域住民にまちを歩きながらのインタビューを実施しどのような現象が起きるのか実験を行った．実験の中から音声は収集が簡易で語り手からより自然に興味深い話を引き出せる特徴があることが明らかになった．提供時にも，地域の人々の話を現地で聞くことで，興味を喚起し地域への理解を深めることが可能になると考える．実験をもとにシステムを設計し，実装をした．評価実験から提案する音声コンテンツと提供システムが地域の情報を残し提供するために有用であることを見いだした．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Urban developments, redevelopments, and increase of chain stores are erasing the characteristics in landscapes of local areas. Also, sharing of information in a local area has become difficult by the change in lifestyles and communities. There is a risk of local areas losing uniqueness from inside and outside. Maintaining the characteristics of locality can be important elements for the transmission of information for tourism industries, cultural businesses, and others. In order to take advantage of leaving the characteristics of locality, we propose the system “GBvoice”, providing audio content to accumulate the experience and knowledge of the people familiar with the local area. The experiment, result shows that audio has technical convenience and functionality, and naturally collects interesting stories from the interviewees. Also, listeners of the audio can walk around local areas with more reality, which can lead to stimulation of interest towards the areas. Our system is designed based upon the results of these experiments, implementing audio contents and maps. The evaluation experiment of this system shows that the contents and system may become useful for providing local information.
