| 内容記述 | 行政機関における各種業務システムは，法令に基づいた業務を処理することから，法令を遵守したシステムを開発する必要がある．しかし，法令の条文は自然言語で記述され，曖昧性や複雑性のみならず，関連する規定が膨大で理解が困難となっている．法令からの要求獲得においてはオントロジーを用いる手法等が提案されているが [1]，その構築の困難さ等において実用面での課題がある．そこで本稿では，テンプレートを用いた法的要求抽出及び抽出した要求のモデリングを実現するための手法を提案する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | There is a need for a system development that must be complied with law in government sectors, because their administrative activities are based on law. However, legal texts are written in natural language with ambiguities, complexities and also have a lot of articles that makes engineers hard to understand. Related work in requirements elicitation from legal texts includes approaches using ontology[1]. However there are difficulties to make ontology on practical use. In this paper we present an initial approach for requirements elicitation from legal texts using templates and a modeling technique from those elicited requirements. | |||||||
