• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ブログ（ウェブログ）サービスは2001年，アメリカ同時多発テロの際に欧米のマスコミで注目され，日本の一部マスコミでもその名前が登場した．2003年頃から日本でも知名度が上がり，大手ISPやポータルサイトの付加サービスになっていった．今日では，携帯電話をターゲットとするブログの新サービス「モブログ」が相次いで発表されていて，携帯電話からブログに投稿したり，ブログを携帯電話から閲覧したりするサービスが増えつつある．携帯電話とプログは親和性の高い組み合わせだが，今後利用価値を高めていくには，使い勝手の改善なども必要と考えられる．そこで本稿では携帯電話の機能の一つであるiアプリを用いたブログ作成支援ツールの提案をする．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Blog was paid attention in the mass communication in Europe and America, and a part of Japan the name appears in Blog (Weblog) service by 2001 also in the mass communication in American simultaneous multiple terrorist acts. It went up eminence and became the addition service of major company ISP and the portal site also in Japan in around 2003. "Moblog" of the new service of Blog that makes the cellular phone a target is announced one after another today. Service that contributes from the cellular phone to Blog, and inspects from the cellular phone is increasing. It is thought that the improvement of convenience etc. are also necessary for the raise of the utility value in the future though carrying and Blog are high combinations of compatibility. Then，it proposes the Blog making supporting tool that uses i application program that is one of the functions of the cellular phone in this paper.
