• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 情報システムを組織活動に利用することが必要となっている現在，情報セキュリティ対策も不可欠となっている．大学でも同様に組織としての対策が求められるが，組織の特性や業務内容により，効果的な対策は異なると考えられる．例えば，一般的に大学は教育機関であるため公共性が高い一方，法人化により独立性があるという組織の特徴がある．また，実際のセキュリティインシデントやセキュリティに関するアンケートの結果により業種ごとに差異があることが示されている．本論文では，幾つかの公的機関によるセキュリティに関する調査を用いて他の業種と比較することにより，大学等の特性を分析し，適切なセキュリティ対策の在り方を検討する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Currently be use information systems to organizational activities are needed. It is essential also information security measures with it. At the University measures is required as well as companies. However, it is considered by the characteristics and form of business organization, effective measures are different. For example, there is characteristics of the organization "high public nature because it is educational institutions" and, that "there is independence by incorporation" in general. Also, there are differences in each industry has been shown by the reports of actual security incidents and the results of questionnaire about and security. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of the university, and consider appropriate security measures by comparison with other industries using the research on the security of some public institutions.
