• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: IPA から 2012 年 4 月 27 日に情報セキュリティ人材に関する基礎調査が発表され、情報セキュリティ人材は新規に 2.5 万人が不足しており、早急な人材育成の必要性が指摘されている。一方で、当該調査報告書では育成のために必要な情報セキュリティ人材そのもののスキルについては明確に規定されておらず、事例集も若い世代や現役の技術者の参考になりにくい構造となっている。これらを踏まえ、本稿では人材の事例調査を踏まえた人材のスキルについてとりまとめる。
