• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 災害時に，被災者が必要とする情報の抽出を目的とし，東日本大震災の被災者 （仙台・石巻） 31 名に，エピソードインタビューを行った．震災直後から半年後までの被災者の行動を情報の観点から分析した結果，災害発生直後は，親しい人との通信を試み，二，三日後には，避難所情報などの情報収集・援助物資の情報発信などに遷移していた．情報伝達の経路・手段が，時々刻々大きく変化していくことに合わせ，情報提供することが重要である．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: To discern the information needs of earthquake victims, we conducted interviews with thirty-one earthquake victims who lived in Sendai-shi and Ishonomaki-shi. We analyzed their communication activities in a 6-month period starting just after the earthquake. First, they tried to communicate with their family and friends. Second, they collected information of emergency evacuation areas. Third, they collected information to rebuild their life. It is important to convey useful information in response to their location, condition and communication equipment, all of which change over time.
