• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 乳製品に対する消費者ニーズの多様化や食品安全への関心が高まる中，生乳の生産に携わる酪農家においては，これまでより詳細な個体管理と家畜育成記録の管理が求められている．同時に，収入向上のために飼育頭数を増加せざるを得ないなど酪農家を取り巻く経営環境は厳しい状況にある．地方自治体や公共団体等では，酪農家の負担軽減を目的として，酪農家の家畜育成業務を代行する家畜預託事業による支援が行われている．本研究では，酪農家と家畜預託事業者の業務支援を目的とした情報システムを提案する．提案システムは，家畜預託事業者による家畜育成記録作成機能と酪農家への情報配信機能を持つ．また，共同プロジェクト先である家畜預託事業者とそれを利用する酪農家へ提案システム導入し，導入効果について検証する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In dairy farming, diversification consumers' needs for dairy products and interest in food security for dairy products have been risen recently. Management and accumulation of production record in a more detailed item are requested in the dairy farmers producing fresh milk. Dairy farmers bear a heavy burden under these present conditions. Domestic animal deposit business contractor is taking care of domestic animal upbringing of the dairy farmers in order to reduce their burden under local government and public institution scheme. In this study, we propose the structure which manages the domestic animal upbringing record including plural upbringing locations, and its information system for the purpose of business support for both dairy farmers and the domestic animal deposit business contractor. We evaluate the effects on the system introduced to a contractor and its member farmers as joint project of IPU and Takizawa village.
