• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 福井県の高等教育機関が連携を行っているプロジェクト （Ｆ レックス） では，e ラーニング環境として，LMS，SNS，e ポートフォリオをオープンソースソフトウェアを使って構築し，これらをシングル・サインオンで利用できるようにしている．本発表では，Ｆ レックスの e ラーニング環境の設計思想，現在の利用形態，利用状況の報告を行う．その上で，高等教育機関で必要な e ラーニング環境に関して議論を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In the project, called F-LECCS, of cross-universities at Fukui prefecture, the e-Learning environment, which consists of LMS, SNS and ePortfoilio systems, has been built. The systems can be used with a single-sign-on mechanism by students and professors on the universities. This paper reports design philosophies of the e-Learning environment and usage patterns of these systems. Moreover, we will discuss the desirable e-Learning environment for the higher-education.
