| 内容記述 | クラウドコンピューティングが大量のデータを低価格で管理できる時代を迎え、従来の紙媒体の管理を電子媒体の管理に移しただけの電子記録管理から新たな機能を加えた電子記録管理に大きく変わろうとしています。その代表的なものがケースマネジメントへの対応で、従来のように文書をファイルして管理するだけではなく、施策決定過程に至る流れとそこで作成または参照された文書を整理して管理するものです。また、情報流通基盤は、紙と電子が混在する環境での情報交換はもとより、情報の信憑性確保が欠かせません。ケースマネジメント対応に加え、現在検討を進めている原本性や移行性の確保についても紹介します。 | |||||||
