• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 従来，在宅勤務の導入には生産性向上・コスト削減・ワークライフバランス促進などが動機として挙げられてきたが，震災後の社会情勢を踏まえて導入検討する組織が急増している．しかしこれまでオフィスで行っていた業務を自宅で行うことを認めることにより想定外のセキュリティの課題が生じる恐れがある．これらは技術的な問題に止まらず，従業員あるいは使用者に法的な責任や処罰が及ぶことも意味する．そこで本稿では，セキュリティ要件を軸としながら，在宅勤務において必要なルールについて我が国の法律に基づきながら検討する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Teleworking has been driven forward motivated by productivity improvement, cost reduction and work/life balance, and today rapidly increasing numbers of business enterprises are getting involved to cope with strong social needs for electric power saving. Admitting stay-home work outside their offices, however, may invoke unanticipated security risks. This problem is not limited to technical issues but each employee and employer could become liable for their legal responsibilities and punishments. This paper discusses legal problems of various security issues that we may encounter during teleworking.
