• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 蛋白質の構造解析に関する研究の進展に伴い，解析の結果得られた蛋白質の機能や相互作用に関する情報が多数の文献に記載されている．これらの情報を有効活用するため，計算機による自動抽出が望まれている．そこで本研究では，文献から相互作用について記述された文を抽出する手法を提案する．このとき，ある相互作用について単独の文ではなく複数の文に跨って記述されることがある点に着目し，文同士のつながり方や接続関係などの文間の関係を考慮することで，より的確な文の抽出を実現する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: With the development of protein structure analysis, the information about protein function and interaction is described in a lot of literatures. In this paper, we propose a method to extract interaction sentences from the literature using machine learning based approach. By focusing on the case that a piece of interaction information is described on multiple sentences, we achived the extraction of interaction sentences considering the relationship between sentences.
