• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年、情報通信技術の進展によりパソコンや携帯電話が普及し、多くの人がインターネット等から容易に情報を得ることができる時代となった．またブログやソーシャルネットワークサービス （SNS） により、他者とのコミュニケーションを容易に行うことが可能となった．また、地域社会においては高齢化や過疎化などにより地域活力の低下が著しく、地域活性化は大きな課題となっている．本研究では、ポイント利用サービスなどにより、地域内の人々の繋がりを強めることだけでなく、地域外からの参加者も呼び込むことが可能となる地域活性化支援システムを提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, many people is possible to take much information easily with PC and cellular phone through the Internet. Furthermore, blog and SNS can be used for the communication with other persons. In the local community, there is the problem that a force of the community become to be smaller by the influence of aging and depopulation. In this research, we propose the support system for activating the community by strengthening the connection in it and drawing outside persons with the use of point service.
