• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 情報学は，産業社会のニーズに関する知識から情報機器に関する技術まで幅広い分野を持っている．学生は，将来自分がどういう役割を果たすようになるのか目標を持って学習の焦点を定める必要がある．そこで，高度IT人材への目標設定の支援を価値ある製品へのマーケティングの一種として捉え，学生が高度人材の魅力に関心を待ち，具体的な人材を調査し，その情報を共有して目標探索を進めるためのプロセスと情報環境を設計し，適用を試みた．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Informatics has wild field, from needs of the industrial world to skills for computers. Students who study informatics need to image their future roles and know what they have to study for attaining their goals. Then we applied marketing methods to supporting students to decide their future roles as IT professionals. Processes of deciding the future roles and information environment for the processes are proposed.
