• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 一般に Wiki を利用したコラボレーションは，グループ内部で Wiki の利用方法を決定し，他メンバに周知する役割のメンバが存在し，このメンバにより全メンバに利用方法が周知されることで始まると考えられる．本論文では，メーリングリスト（ML） と Wiki を統合したシステムにおいて，Wiki の利用方法の決定にMLが関わり，その後 Wiki の利用が全メンバに周知され利用され始める，という仮説のもと，ML が頻繁に利用される場合の用途，そして Wiki の利用が促されるタイミングについて分析し，Wiki の利用が促されるきっかけ （トリガー） は何かを検討した．その結果，ML が頻繁に利用される条件を示唆するような Wiki の利用形態を発見した．さらに，ML の利用のピークの前，ないし ML の利用のピークと同じタイミングで Wiki の利用のピークが来る傾向があることも示され，当初の仮説とは逆の関係になっているグループも多く見られた．これらは今後の Wiki のシステムの改良・ユーザへのガイドライン作成に示唆を与えるものと考えられる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In general, it would appear that collaboration using wikis begins when usage of the wikis is determined by some group members who announces the usage to the other members. In this paper, on the system which integrates mailing lists (MLs) in wikis, we suppose that the wiki usage is decided through discussion using MLs and begins to use wikis when members get to know the usage. To examine the hypothesis, we analyzed the usage of the MLs in wikis and periods when the group members are promoted to use the wikis. That is, we attempted to find the trigger to frequently use the wiki in the group. As a result, some conditions when the MLs were frequently used found. Furthermore, we found that the peak of ML use follows or simultaneously occurs with the peak of wiki use. Although the latter contradicts the hypothesis we suggested, these findings imply how to improve wikis and general usage of wikis for users.
