• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 日本におけるサービスロボット開発の停滞は、ある意味危機的でさえあると言える。一方でスマートフォンなどの情報機器は比較的新規性の薄い技術を巧みに活用し、新たな市場構築を成し遂げている。サービスロボットの開発においてもこのような 「今手に入る技術」 をフルに活用し、本来あるべきエンドユーザーとロボットとの関係性構築を進めるべきである。本稿ではサービスロボットの開発・デザインにおいて打つべき 「次の一手」 を、プロダクトデザインの立場から提案する。

On the other hand, a smart phone and another information devices have making a big market with the existing technology. In the development of the service robot, we should positively use those existing technology, and should build a right relation between end users and service robots. In this issue, I'll talk about next step for the design of service robot as a product designer.
