| 内容記述 | 現代の WEB は、通信・コミュニティ形成の重要な道具であるだけでなく、人類が活用すべき知識の巨大集積、すなわち 「知の泉」 である。この 「知の泉」 を活用することが、社会生活・産業生活を豊にし、国際競争力を高める秘訣である。現代 WEB 活用のための新しい ICT （information & Communication Technologies） 推進戦略を、日本政府は 2010 年 6 月に策定した。本稿では、この新 ICT 推進戦略の重点の一つが 「万人の WEB への発信」 であることを示し、そのためには CGM （Consumer Generated Media） を活性化することが必要であり、万人からの映像発信を容易化するツール開発が急務であること、そのためにはクラウド・コンピューティングが鍵技術となることを示した。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Today’s WEB is not only the main infrastructure for communication and community activities, but also the huge archive of knowledge, may called “Knowledge Fountain”, which will enrich human lives. Making best use of this “Knowledge Fountain” is the key to activate social and industrial works and to boost up global competitive power of the country. The new ICT (Information & Communication Technologies) promotion policy for making best use of this WEB infrastructure has been announced in June 2010 by Japanese Government. In this paper, it is described that one of the main points of this new ICT policy is “Appeal by everyone into WEB”. In order to achieve this point, activation of CGM (Consumer Generated Media) is needed. Thus, it is also described in this paper that development of the easy tool to create 3D motion pictures by everyone is keenly desired and cloud computing would be great help for making this tool. | |||||||
