• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ペルソナ法は実ユーザ調査に基づき仮想ユーザ (ペルソナ) を作成して製品開発に活かす開発手法であるが、デジタル機器の開発の場合，機能の陳腐化の速度が速く，一度作ったペルソナを簡単に取り替えずに効率的に使う工夫も必要となる．本稿ではペルソナ法の基本を守りながら長期的にペルソナを活用する方法に関する知見を紹介する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Persona method is a method of modeling a real user by the field survey, and making one virtual user (persona) for design process. To apply the persona method to the real product process, field practitioner's method of using the persona for the long term, are not described in many textbooks. In this paper, keeping the basic framework, we introduce reforms concerning the persona method for long term use in producing digital devices for consumers.
