• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 学力の低下，コミュニケーション能力の欠如，自律的思考力の低下を指摘する声を背景に入社数年の若手社員の現状を把握，分析するためにシステム開発基礎研修を実施した．研修を通して，企業の初等教育の必要性と効果も見えた．この初等教育をより効果的なものにするために，大学，大学院教育と協力しあえることはないかを考えたい．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, many discussions have been made on various skills necessary for IS engineers. Especially, We have to bring up the entry level that graduate university. We research and analyze about problem of NTT Labs and consider how to design the course of training. We develop the IS development training course using PBL style for raising the critical thinking skills. We can find the necessity of the beginning course of training in the enterprise. We would like to think the effective way to improve the beginning course of training.
