| 内容記述 | オンラインコミュニケーションの高度化と多様化に伴い，共通した興味や関心を抱く不特定多数のユーザ集団が活発にコミュニケーションを行う機会が増加している．しかしながら，集団および集団が行うコミュニケーションの特性を十分に考慮してインタフェースがデザインされているとは言い難い現状にある．本稿では，現実空間における群衆および群衆行動と多くの共通点を持つオンラインにおける群衆のコミュニケーションを群衆コミュニケーションと定義し，社会心理学の知見に基づいて群衆コミュニケーション支援のための理論的枠組みを構築する．また，試作した群衆コミュニケーションのためのインタフェース CICRO を紹介する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | As a means for online communication has become sophisticated and diverse, an occasion where a large, indefinite number of users actively communicate each other has been increasing in these days. A current interface for online communication, however, does not carefully consider characteristics of such the user group and of the communication among them. Based on findings from the literature of social psychology, in this paper we define such the online communication as crowd communication. This paper tries to construct a theoretical framework for supporting crowd communication and introduces an interface for crowd communication so called CICRO. | |||||||
