• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 著者らがε-ARKプロジェクトで取り組んでいる非常時の自助共助に資する情報通信基盤の研究開発では，ε-ARKデバイスを核とした非常時における運用を念頭においた情報管理機構，情報発信機構，情報流通機構の開発が進んでいる．本報告では，これらの機構のうち，前二者について非常時における文書管理システムの視点で報告する．

This system has been being realized using ε-ARK devices and will be especially useful for selfhelp and mutual-help after huge natural disasters. This report describes the newest status of development of these systems mainly from the point of document management.
