• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では写真データなど著作権，所有権や肖像権が発生するマルチメディアコンテンツを対象とし，各権利保持者に許諾を得ることなく第三者に送信，Web 上に投稿しようとすると警告を出すシステムの提案を行う．提案システムを利用することで，コンテンツにおける権利意識の啓蒙と他人の権利を侵害することを事前に防ぐことが可能となり，ユーザが安全に，そして安心してソーシャルメディアを利用することが出来るようになると考えられる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Our focus of this paper is multimedia contents sharing environment over various kinds of social media. For instance, photos shot with friends and sometimes strangers are quite often shared with public without obtaining the rights holders'or the related person's permission, which sometimes cause serious troubles. Besides it is not almost possible to know, if someone posts or downloads a photo, on which you are. Therefore we propose a user support system to describe content and intellectual property rights (IPR) related information for multimedia contents and to manage them along their described information.
