• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 特許事務所における補正業務は，出願書類の作成者と補正者が異なる場合が多いために，出願内容を理解し，出願時の明細書の中から補正に利用できる表現を探す必要がある．そこで，本稿では，補正業務の中で減縮補正 （特許請求の範囲を狭める補正） に着目し，この補正に利用できる表現の効率的な取得を支援する方法を検討し，その有効性を議論する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: To amend the scope of claims in patent offices is required to understand the claims and to find phrases for amendment of the claims because it is common that ammenders of claims are different to writers of the claims. The most important part of amending the claims is restriction of the scope of claims. In this paper, we discuss supporting methods to find the phrases for restricting the claims.
