| 内容記述 | 芝浦工業大学情報工学科 3 年生を対象とした 2006 年のソフトウェア開発演習では，チーム編成の最適化により，役割を遂行する能力を持つ学生達を各チームに分散させて割り当てると，演習課題達成のために活躍してくれると期待した各学生が，実際の演習授業でもそれぞれのチームで活躍し，全てのチームにおいて 1 人の中途脱落者もなく演習課題を達成できたことを白川ら [1] が確認した．しかし，一部の学生におけるモチベーションの低さが，チーム内メンバーのコミュニケーション不足を招いたことが分かった．そこで，著者らは，「各学生のモチベーションは，プロジェクトマネージャ （Project Manager，以後， PM と記す） のタイプと各メンバーが望む PM のタイプとが一致するかにより決まる」 との仮説を立てた．ソフトウェア開発のためのチームには， PM のほか，各メンバーが担う役割があるので，各メンバーの役割分担を決定するための役割遂行能力を表す代用特性と各役割との関係 （式） を共分散構造分析により求めた．求めた関係式を基に，PM タイプ別の所属メンバーを決定するとともに，各メンバーの役割分担とチーム編成を行った．この結果として， 演習経験のない学生のチーム編成において， PM タイプを考慮することで， チームのメンバー相互における協調性の高いチーム編成が実現できることを確認したと述べている． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | After thorough evaluation of the previous study conducted in 2006， Shirakawa， et al. took their study to the next stage [1]. In the software development exercise， each team is comprised of a project manager (PM) and his team members. As the PM and the team members have their individual style to perform their own role， Shirakawa， et al. considered that the combination of the PM and team members might be the key factor that may influence team formation. This paper examines and proposes the most efficient team formation method. | |||||||
