• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 食品に対する安心・安全の意識の高まりに伴い，企業や販売者によって生産者情報や履歴情報のインターネットを介した提供が実現されてきたが，アレルゲンや添加物を含む原材料情報の提供は十分ではない．本稿では，ユーザが提供する情報を含め，インターネット上で提供されている原材料情報の整理を試みた上で，継続可能かつ信頼できる原材料情報の取得可能性について議論する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: With the demands on information disclosure of foods, companies have provided information such as traceability, product information and so on. However, information disclosure of detail ingredients of food is not enough though it would become valuable for not only food allergy patients but also other consumers. This paper try to illustrate the current situation and availability of obtaining food ingredient information via website as an ordinary user.
