• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では，情報記録媒体紛失，メール誤送信などのヒューマンエラーに起因する情報セキュリティ事故発生のリスクを最小化することを目的とし，情報セキュリティ分野向けのヒューマンエラー管理フレームワーク(FW)の確立を目指す．ヒューマンエラー管理FW実現のための技術として，主に医療分野で使われているエラー分析・対策立案手法をセキュリティ事故事例へ実験的に適用し，手法の活用可能性を検討した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this study, it aims to minimize the risk of the information security accident that occurs in human errors: record medium loss and e-mail wrong transmission and so on. Our goal is to establish human error management framework in information security. This paper describes case studies of applying the human error analysis and the measures plan techniques that have been chiefly used in the medical field.
