• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2009(平成21)年3月の高等学校学習指導要領告示により，初等中等教育の新しい学習指導要領がすべて揃った．教育の情報化に関しては，第1章総則の中にとどまらず，各教科の記述にその積極的な展開を求め，さらには教科間の連携についても具体的に言及された．一方，「情報教育」に関しては，「総合的な学習の時間」，中学校の「技術・家庭」，高等学校の「情報」など，大枠としては1998(平成10)年度告示の現行学習指導要領を維持するようなものとなっている．但し，その中身については，より具体的に示され，また，より早い発達段階からとりくむことが求められている．さらに，「情報モラル」「問題解決」など，その内容の重点化も鮮明に行われている．そこで，初等中等教育全体を俯瞰したそれらの体系的な実施のために，新しい学習指導要領において情報教育がどのように扱われているのかを系統的に整理する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: All Courses of Study for K-12 have become complete by the high school Course of Study notification in March, 2009. The ICT use for education isn't described in only Chapter 1 General Rules but also each subjects about the positive use and the cooperation between subjects. On the other hand, Information Study in the new Courses of Study has inherited the present Courses of Study which were notified in 1998, such as Information in senior high school, Technology and Homemaking in junior high school and Integrated Study. However, it is requested to be shown more concretely, and to study from earlier developmental stages about the contents. Additionally, there are clear descriptions about the concentration of the contents such as Information Morality and Problem Solving. Then, I classify the contents of Information Study in the new Courses of Study for systematical execution by a whole view of K-12.
