• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 組織には個人的に保管され、広く他のメンバーに有効利用されない多くの有用な情報資源が存在する。我々はこの様な組織に散在する未利用の情報資源を電子的に蓄積・管理し、共有化する方法について検討した。組織における情報資源や情報収集活動について分析し、この分析から得た知見をもとにシステムに必要な機能を明らかにし、さらにその実現方法について検討した。本システムでは、計算機と通信ネットワークを利用して組織内のテキスト情報を集中管理する。データベース内の各情報へは、テキスト上のキーワードの他に各情報の提供者の役割や話題分野をはじめ組織内での情報収集活動で利用している様々な知識や情報（メタ情報）を利用してアクセスできる様にした。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: There are much information that is useful for other members in an organization, lying idle in drawers. We advance an idea of information system that is designed to support "Information Sharing" in a group. This paper describes analyses about "information resources", "information searching behavior" and so forth. Some functions required by the system are led from these analysis. In this approach, the design principles of our system come from these basic understanding of human behavior and vocabulary ploblem. In the system, information provided by a member is stored in a database as a card. We can retrieve every card using meta-information, that is useful for information searching.
