• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ナレッジ・マネジメントとは、スタティックな知識資産とダイナミックな組織アクティビティを創造し、ビジネス価値につなげるための経営コンセプトである。これまでのナレッジ・マネジメントは、過去に蓄積された知識資産の検索・活用といったスタティックな部分でのみ成果を上げており、ダイナミックな部分に関しては、知識創造、コミュニティ・オブ・プラクティス、場などの重要性は認識されてきたものの、抽象的フレームワークの議論にとどまっている。本稿では、イノベーションを目的とした知の創造と活用を育むナレッジ・ワークスペース経営モデルの提案を行う。この経営モデルはCSCWの視点を必要とし、さらにその経営プロセスはCSCW研究プロセスと類似していることを強調したい。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Knowledge Management is a concept for management to create static knowledge assets and dynamic organizational activities for providing the new business value to the enterprise. Conventional approaches of Knowledge management achieve a partial success in reusing knowledge assets that have been stored already, but the approaches for handling the dynamics of knowledge, such as knowledge creation, communities of practice, and "Ba"(i.e., place for human interaction), have been only discussed abstractly. This paper proposes a concept of the knowledge workspace management model that foster knowledge creation and utilization for innovation. We emphasize that the management model requires the viewpoint of CSCW and the management process is truly similar to CSCW research process.
