• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: インターネット上の電子商取引は新しいビジネス分野として大きな成長が期待されている。しかし、通信セキュリティ、消費者保護及び個人情報保護等、まだまだ乗り越えなければならない課題が多い。特に国境を越えて商取引を行う場合は、商慣習や文化の違いによるトラブルの発生、言語の違いによる相互理解の欠如並びに異なる法律や制度から発生する商取引の困難さ等、国際EC特有の課題の解決が求められる。そこで、日韓の最大級のモールが提携することにより、信頼できる国際的なモールとして、これらの壁を取り除く。経済のグローバル化、ボーダレス化が進んでいる世界的な状況下にあっては、業界を越えた、さらには国境も越えた連帯が重要になってくる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: E-commerce with Internet is expecting its great growth in business world as a one of new business. However, it has a lot of problems, which we had to improve such as communication security and consumer protection or individual information protection. Especially, in case we have an e-commerce with different countries each other, we had to solve problems, which are particular in e-commerce such as different trade systems, cultures, languages and trading laws, occurring some trouble when we are having a trade from misunderstanding. Then, reliable mall as international mall are going to get rid of these problem. For example, Japanese and Korean mall, which are the biggest each other, are going to be tie-up together. It is more important of us to get closer beyond each country, each other to overcome that problem in this situation such as economic globalization and getting borderless
