• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 昨今，コピーマシンの日用品化に加え，ブルー度バンド通信の普及など新たな環境下でのコンテンツ流通は著作権益の保護を一層困難なものにしているが，本来，利害関係者（権利者，仲介者，利用者）が三位一体でコンテンツ産業を発展させるべきことから，利害関係三者の要求を満たすべく先に提案した「三方一両得モデル[1］」を具体化するための要件を整理した上で，これまでに提案されている各種保護モデルに評価を加え，利用者重視型コンテンツ流通モデルの実現性と課題を究明，音楽，映画，書籍，等のデータ型コンテンツの1次利用に絞って近い将来に有効と考えられる保護モデルを提示し，また，将来に向けた著作権保護策の在り方に言及した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, copyrights protection in contents distribution is even more difficult due to the copy machine and the diffusion of the high-speed communication. On the other hand, the peoole (nights person, intermediary and user) concermed with the contents distribution should contribute to the development of the contents industry with trinity. then, the requirements for embodying "SANBOU-ICHIRYOU-TOKU model [1]" proposed previously were arranged, and the further already proposed various copyrights protection mosel were evaluated. Based on there evaluations, reslization of the contents distribution model which a user can be satisfied with and a problem were shown, and the figure which should have copyrights protechtion in the future was also described.
