• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では、三菱電機における音声情報処理技術の研究開発の概要と動向を示す。1980年代初頭から本格的に取り組んでいる開発について、電話系音声認識システムMELAVISや原子力プラントマンマシンシステムなどの製品、試作事例を紹介するとともに、研究開発における当初の予想と現実の相違について論じる。最後に、現在の研究開発課題と、問題点について述べる。
