• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では，実環境下で収集した発話データからの音声情報案内システムの再設計手法を提案する．音声情報案内システムとは，音声をインタフェースとし，ユーザに知りたい情報を提供するシステムである．しかし，必ずしも全ての入力音声に対して正しい応答を返しているとは限らず，ユーザに誤った情報を提供している場合がある．本手法では，実際に実環境下で収集した発話データから応答正解データベースを構築し，応答生成システムの性能を評価する尺度である応答正解率を算出した．これにより 収集データを元にしたシステムの再設計が可能となる．先の応答正解率を基に，既存システムの問題点を検証し，悪影響のある品詞の検出と質問データベースの最適化を実験的に評価した．その結果，大人及び子供それぞれの音声ファイルの入力で5.8%，13.2%の向上が見られた．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper aims to redesign an information speech dialogue system for optimizing question database. Such system makes the speech an input interface, and offers information that the user demanded. Because it's not always true that such system response correct answer for users. We propose a technique that estimating answering generation system by building up answer accuracy database made by use of speech data collected in actual environment. We can redesign dialogue system. The problem of an existing system was verified, and the detection of the part of speech with the adverse effect and the optimization of the question database were evaluated experimentally. As a result, when the speech file of the adult and the child was input, the improvement of the answer accuracy rate of 5.8% and 13.2% was seen.
