| 内容記述 | パソコンの出現によりコンピュータは大変身近かなものになった。実際、従来コンピュータにあまり縁のなかった人文系の研究分野でも、道具として広く利用されるようになっている。ところが、ユーザの層が広がるほど、逆に、パソコンソフトの問題点、欠点、使いにくさなども多く指摘されるようになってきた。これからのパソコンソフトに求められるものは何か？それぞれの研究分野での経験にもとづいて、人文科学者の立場から現在のパソコンソフトの問題点を具体的に指摘し、建設的な提言をする。特に、(1)利用者の観点でのシステムデザイン、(2)マンマシンインタフェース、(3)マニュアル、ユーザ教育、(4)互換性、標準性、などの観点から議論する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Personal computers (PC) have become very popular even among humanities researchers. However, the more we use PC, the more problems in PC-software have been found. What shall we expect of PC-software in the next decade or so? We will discuss some problems in current PC-softwares, and make some proposal to software producers, from the humanities researcher's point of view. We will focus mainly on the following issues: (1) user centered systems design, (2) man-machine interface, (3) documentation and instruction, and (4) compatibility and standardization, etc. | |||||||
