| 内容記述 | 従来、明治初期官僚機構の成立過程に関する研究に、おいて、特に人的構成の側面からの研究は重要でありながら極めて貧しい。それは、初期官僚機構においては、人事データが基本的に乏しいという事情があるからである。今回「明治初期官僚機構人事データベース」を、宮内省式部寮が発令した奏任官以上の辞令交付記録「任解日録」によって、作成したが、これによって、研究者は、(） 個々の官僚の公職履歴、(） 個々の職位の歴任者名、(） 一定時点における官僚機構の構成を知り得ることとなった。奏任官以上の官僚の個別履歴も、一定時点における官僚組織の組織図も、本データーベースが最初であり、日本近代史研究に資するところが多い。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Up to now, the study of the establishing process of bureaucratic system in early Japan has met several difficulties. Most of them result from the lack of reliable resounms of Bureaucratic system and personnel affairs. This is why we produce database of personnel affairs of bureaucratic system in early Japan. This database is produced from "Nin'kai Nitiroku" ie. "Diary of appointment and dismissal" which had compiled by Imperial House Keeping Ministry Using this database, scholars of modern Japanese history can approach (1)the personnel record of each bureaucrat, (2)the successive list of any post in Dajokan bureaucratic system and (3)the chart of the bureaucratic structure in any date. | |||||||
