• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 非情報系短期大学における情報処理教育は、ブームともいえる導入段階を終え、教育内容の整備段階に入ったと言える。この時にあたり、私自身の10数年の情報処理教育の経験を振り返り、特に一般情報処理教育の基礎を見直した。その結果、具体的な指導内容を生みだすには、教員の側にある種の哲学・教育理念というものが必要だいうことを再確認した。これをもとに、目まぐるしい情報環境の変化の中でややもすると近視眼的な実用主義に陥りがちな一般情報処理教育の現状を、原点から見直すための新しい教育パラダイムを提案した。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: General education of information processing (GEIP) at the junior college is now ending the stage of introduction, it begin to enter a new step for enriching its contents. Considering such situation, I reflect on my some 10 years experiences as a teacher, and try to find foundations of GEIP. The result is vely simple one, that a teacher must strongly have his/her own princeples or philosophy of education. But, today, rapid changes in hardwares and softwars bring GEIP into mere practical operation of them. To protest such trend, I try to introduce a new paradigm of GEIP.
