• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 90年代に入ってからワークステーションやパソコンを使用したオープン分散システムが著しく台頭してきた．この論文では，この背景をふまえ，主として企業における「情報リテラシー」教育のあり方に焦点を合わせて考察する．まず，企業内における情報システム教育の目的をレビューし，従来型の企業内教育方式の問題点を指摘する．次にエンドユーザ主体の情報処理(U)と業務システム開発(U)の進展に伴い，情報化を推進するシステムアドミニストレーション機能の必要性を検討する．最後に，企業に対する人材供給源である高等教育，特に文系短期大学におけるシステムアドミニストレータ育成のための教科と実施方法について提言する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper describes mainly about method with information literacy education in the enterprise in this thesis. First, purpose of the information system education in the enterprise is reviewed, and the problem of the education method in the enterprise of before type is pointed out. Next, the need of system administration function which promotes an information oriented society is reviewed caused by the development of the end user computing and the end user development. Higher education function is a talented people source of supply towerd the enterprise. It is suggested about the subject for system administrator rearing and the way of the execution in the higher education in the end.
