• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現在、大学の情報教育の現場で、基礎学力と学習意欲が低下したことなどによって、大学の授業とは思えない驚くべき現象が起きている。この状態を放置するといわゆる「学級崩壊」が大学の情報教育の場でおこっても不思議ではない。学級崩壊によって情報リテラシ教育が成り立たなくなると、学生がネットワークを不正利用したり、逆にネットワーク犯罪等の被害者になる危険性がある。この論文では、情報リテラシー教育の現場における「学級崩壊」の兆候となる現象を報告するとともに、この状況にどう対処すべきかについて、教育体制を含めて提言を試みる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper, I am discussing it about the problem and measure that are related to the information education of the university. Through the means that foundation scholastic ability and motivation fell off, the phenomenon that the lesson of the university does not seem and should be surprised is awake. If we leave this condition, it is expected so-called that "the class collapse" can break out also 4in the place of the information education of the university. So, first of all, I report the phenomenon that becomes the indication of "class collapse" in the scene of information literacy education. Subsequently, I point out the risk that the student uses a network injustice and also become the victim of network crime, when information literacy education stops consisting of by class collapse. Finally, I propose how to deal with this situation.
