• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，教育の情報化により小中学校へのコンピュータの導入が進められている．このような背景のもとに，我々はインターネットを利用した協働学習環境の構築を目的としたエデュマップ・プロジェクトを進めている．このプロジェクトの中核となるインターネット電子地図を利用すると，子ども達は学習した情報を電子地図に記録・参照することができ，その情報を全国へ発信することができる．このことにより，従来の地域学習の取りまとめ作業などをインタネット電子地図上で行うだけでも，子ども達の学習意欲の向上や学習に対する達成感の向上など，教育上の効果が期待できる．本報告では，エデュマップ・プロジェクトの概要と，実践授業において得られたシステムの利用効果について示す．

The aims the EduMap project are to develop a GIS based educational information system on the Internet, and to construct a number of teaching and learning methods on the system at elementary and junior high schools. On the EduMap system, students can put and get a number of multimedia data related to these coordinates on a digital map, and these data will be automatically published on the Internet. This paper describes an overview of the EduMap project, and reports the results of practices in some classes.
