• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: コンピュータ導入が進む教育現場において、各校での情報システム管理・運用に関する負担問題が顕在化しつつある。この問題の解決方法の１つとして教育ASPを挙げ、どの端末を使用しても全て同じ環境となるような平準化端末システムを、岐阜市内の市立小中学校に構築した。本システムの実践活用を行なうと共に、学校の情報担当者からのヒアリングにより、教育現場における管理者負担の低減について検証した。また、小学６年生のアンケート結果から認証レベルについて検証し、管理システムとして期待できるICカードの可能性について実証した。さらに、ICカードを活用した実践事例から、その教育効果について検証し、新たな教育効果についての仮説について述べる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: At the schools to which computer introduction goes, the burden problem about information system management and employment in each school is stressed. In our project, we proposed Education ASP as one of the solution have built an environment where of the problem every terminal can be used as an equal terminal providing as the same environment altogether at the municipal elementary and junior high schools in Gifu. By practical use of this system we could p verify about reduction of the administrator burden in schools through the hearing with the information person in charge of a school. Moreover from the questionnaire result of the sixth grader in an elementary school it verified about the attestation level and proved about the possibility of an integrated circuit card expectable as a management system. Furthermore from the practice example which utilized the integrated circuit card it verified about the educational effect and the hypothesis about the new educational effect was advanced."
