• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 画像データベースシステムにおいて、画像データを蓄積・管理するだけでなく、蓄積されている画像を用いて、新たな画像を合成できる機能が必要とされている。そこで、我々は本論文で、人間の感性を十分に活かした画像合成手法を提案する。実際、人間が1つの領域にいろいろな種類の物体を置く時には、その領域を一種の画用紙とみなし、物体を構成部品とすれば、構成部品を画用紙に置く時、絵全体のバランス、つまり、配置や構図を考えるはずである。さらに、人間の「感性」というものは数値データに変換することは非常に難しいことである。今回我々の提案する方法を用いることによって、これらの問題は解消されることになる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In case of using images, sometimes these images are retrieved from image databases. But these retrieved images not always satisfy the user's request. So the need of 'image editing' becomes necessary. In this paper, we propose about the image composition technique. This technique reflects human feeling into compositional arrangement newly created. Then we introduce the system applied this technique. The feature of this system is composing a picture by moving some parts on a picture in computer display like they do when making a picture by moving parts made of paper on a drawing paper.
