• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: In this report we firstly present a program that automatically interprets an ESCA (Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis) spectrum. Then we give some consideration toward the advanced version of this program. The interpretation process of the program is carried out effectively because it uses top-down or knowledge-driven method. In the advanced version we will intend to obtain more specialized and quantitative results from the same data.
