| 内容記述 | 法律文の制限言語モデルを示す。言語モデルは、文末表現に着目した法律文の分析に基づく。法律文における文末表現は、構文的、意味的に制限されて用いられる代表的な語であり、法律文が規律する人・物・事を明確にする。文末表現と法律文が規律する人・物・事との相互関係を応用して、法律文における論理構造のパターンを構成することができる。我々は、それらのパターンを特定するための言語モデルを提案する。法律文の曖昧さを減少させることは、これらのパターンを特定することに相当する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper presents a controlled linguistic model for law sentences. The linguistic model is investigated from the analysis of the law sentences. The law sentences are analyzed in view of their characteristics of sentence endings. The sentence endings are controlled both syntactically and semantically so that they can make clear what law sentences govern. Those endings relate to what the law sentences govern. By applying those relationships we can construct patterns of logical structure of law sentences. We present a linguistic model by which we can specify those patterns. The process for removing ambiguities when analizing law sentences is carried out by identifying the proper pattern. | |||||||
