• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 法律文における言語的制約を利用して、法律文の制限言語モデルを構築する。この制限言語モデルは法律文の論理構造を内包している。本稿では、法律文を分析することによって法律文特有の格関係を明らかにし、この格関係と述語動詞の共起パターンを法律文の文パターンとして記述する。さらに、文パターンを制限言語モデルに組み込むことにより、動詞から格関係を決定することや省略された格を補完することが可能となる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper presents a restricted linguistic model for law sentences. Law sentences have strong linguistic restriction. There are case relations peculiar to law sentences. We describe the relation between predicate verbs and cases as law sentence patterns. These patterns make them possible to select correct case relation by verb's function and to make up for abbreviated case. These patterns are incorporated into the restricted linguistic model. This model will be of use to the analysis of law sentences.
