| 内容記述 | 利用者の用いる表現の違いからその背後にある意図を推測し、適切な応答を行なう対話システムを実現するために表現と意図との関連性の把握を試みている。その手がかりとして時間表現に着目し、その表現の使い分けによる聞き手の受け取り方の違いをアンケートにより収集した。その結果、時間表現のスケールの違いと受け取り方には相関関係があり、世代や性別にかかわらず共通であることが明らかになった。また、各時間スケールの表現を含む発話から聞き手が推測する項目は、時間表現のスケールにかかわらず(1)話者の職業や身分、(2)話者の状態、(3)行動の目的や理由、(4)発話の時間位置に集約されることが分かった。これらの知見から、少ない入力情報を適切に補って要求を把握する能力を疑似的に持たせられると結論づけた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | We distributed a questionnaire to find the relationship between listeners' understanding and time expressions, in order to estimate the speaker's intention from the differences of expressions that the speaker uses. The reason we target time expressions is that these expressions in a dialogue play important roles in representing the speaker's will. We observed the relationship between these expressions and the intentions and the relation is the same regardless of generation and gender. Furthermore, attributes for which listeners estimated values are classified into four categories: speaker's occupation, current situation, purpose or reason for action, and when the dialogue happens. Based on the result, we discuss a dialogue system that can give an appropriate reply to a speaker. | |||||||
